1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting:

You may use a clear written statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract.


2. Return Conditions

You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a physical store.

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • The item should be returned in good condition
  • It should not be damaged beyond normal inspection
  • All accessories should be included

Original packaging is recommended but not mandatory if it is not essential to the product.

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will provide return instructions. Where applicable, we will provide a return shipping label that you can print and attach to the parcel. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items independently.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you are entitled to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

In such cases, Salevare will cover the return shipping costs.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
  • Gift cards

Sale items may be returned unless explicitly marked as final sale.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks or card providers may require additional processing time.
