By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

Salevare is an online retail store operated by Finnmart Oy, a company registered in Finland. All sales contracts are concluded between you and Finnmart.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We offer consumer products supplied through established distribution partners.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to update product information or discontinue products at any time.

3. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices displayed for customers within the European Union are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

The total price, including VAT and shipping, is shown before you complete your order.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase goods.

A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Product unavailability

If payment has been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. PAYMENT

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

All transactions are processed securely via Shopify’s payment infrastructure.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times depend on destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery of the goods.

If your order is damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at salevare.store@gmail.com.

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you are entitled to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Refund (if applicable)

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Finnish or EU consumer protection law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Finnmart Oy or its licensors.

Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. PRIVACY

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable European Union legislation.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
