1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within most European Union countries, including Ireland, is typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

The applicable shipping fee, together with VAT and the total order price, is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

There are no hidden fees added after payment confirmation.

4. Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number.

Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Attempts and Uncollected Parcels

If delivery is made to a pickup point, the parcel is typically held for approximately 7 days (depending on the carrier).

If the parcel is not collected within the storage period and is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at salevare.store@gmail.com.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the consumer.
