Its technology achieves a precise balance: up to 80% more ultra-cool, ultra-neutralizing pigments provide thorough neutralization, while the result is a visibly more luminous finish, since it is four times more translucent and reflects about 50% more light. It can lift color by up to three levels. The Glow technology, with 60% internal reflection, yields a naturally cool tone alongside a brilliantly luminous translucent glow. This is a permanent coloring system that operates with the same oxidative mechanism as conventional permanent dyes.
